SPECIAL MEETING

 

                The Fairbank met in Special Session on Tuesday, May 8, 2007.  Mayor Pro-Tem Ron Woods called the meeting to order at 6:05 P.M.  Members present: Frost, Woods and Shields.  Absent: Mangrich and Kayser.  Also present: Ted Vorwald, Utility Superintendent, B.J. Sackett, Police Chief and Marlene Strempke, City Clerk.

                Motion by Frost, second by Shields to approve the agenda as presented. Ayes: Three.  Nays: None.  Motion carried.

                Councilman Kayser arrived at 6:09 P.M.

                Discussion was held on paying the retainage to Pool Construction, Inc. for construction of the pool.  Motion by Kayser, second by Shields to pay Pool Construction, Inc. the retainage in the amount of $28,058.75 when they supplied the as built designs and fixed the crack which had developed in the pool. Ayes: Four.  Nays: None.  Motion carried.

                Motion by Shields, second by Frost to adjourn at 6:25 P.M.  Ayes: Three. Nays: None.  Motion carried.
