REGULAR MEETING

                The Fairbank City Council met in Regular Session on Monday, December 8, 2008.  Mayor Welsh called the meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 6:00 P.M.  Members present: Shields, Frost, Mangrich and Kayser.  Absent: Woods.  Also present: Dave Ryan, Public works Director; Gary Ott, Maintenance Technician; Drake Mangrich, Maintenance and Marlene Strempke, City Clerk.

                Motion by Mangrich, second by Frost to amend the agenda to include Set Date For Public Hearing on Budget Amendment and Purchase of Diesel Fuel Barrel.  Roll call vote—Ayes: Mangrich, Frost, Shields, and Kayser.  Nays: None.

                Motion by Mangrich, second by Frost to approve the agenda as amended.  Roll call vote—Ayes: Mangrich, Frost, Shields and Kayser.  Nays: None.

                Motion by Kayser, second by Frost to approve the Minutes of the November 24^th Regular Meeting.  Roll call vote—Ayes: Kayser, Frost, Shields and Mangrich.  Nays: None.

                Motion by Kayser, second by Shields to approve the Treasurer’s Report.  Receipts for the month of November were $175,881.82 and disbursements were $132,160.34.  Balance on hand at close of business on November 30, 2008 was $1,313,312.51.  Roll call vote—Ayes: Kayser, Shields, Frost and Mangrich.  Nays: None.
